WizzForms is a powerful application used to scan Drivers Licenses and State ID cards directly to ANY field entry program, such as MS Excel, Access, Outlook, QuickBooks, Enterprise Resource Planning software, Customer Relationship Software or web forms running on your computer. One application works with multiple forms. The Forms Processing software automates data entry from USA and Canada issued IDs, such as Drivers Licenses and State IDs.
The program can auto populate other fields from your form, such as date, time stamp, age, user name or creates a custom text, (if your form requires). Simply swipe a card (via USB ID scanner, no external power necessary) and the system will fill in desired fields on your form. Configuring the program is very intuitive, (Selecting ID fields in a specific order to match your form’s fields) and only takes 3-5 minutes. Configuring requires no computer programming skills.

Database is ideal for generating mailing lists, attendance logs, age verification and variety of other applications.
